Craigslist Scam, Jacob Gibson

This isn't necessarily what I intended this page for, but I thought something that happened today should be passed along. I posted a few things on craigslist today and recieved a few responses back. One particular email caught my attention. "Jacob Gibson" emailed about two completely different listings with the same email (see below) to see if I still had the "posted item". Clue number one that something fishy was going on, but I replied a simple yes to both. Then, about 4 hours later from a totally different email address, "Jacob Gibson" said that he would like to purchase the items by sending me a check, and when the check is cashed, his "movers" would come get the items and I have to do nothing. Two seperate, but word for word identical, emails about each item. So I did a quick google search and learned that the next step in the scam is for the person to "accidentally" send you too much money from the check, but go ahead and cash it and wire him back the difference minus some small $100 or so for yourself. Not sure where I'm gonna go with this next. I might try to mess with them a little bit or I might talk to a cop I know or the bank. Or I could always just leave it alone now. We'll see... here is the email transcrips:

Tabatas

Have you done any Tabata training? If yes, I bet you loved it in a sick way. If not, here's what you're missing. Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness & Sports in Tokyo found that short intense work followed by an even shorter rest period between the work burned more fat than traditional long duration cardiovascular work. The best news... it only lasts 4 minutes!!!! But it may feel like the longest 4 minutes of your life.

So here's the workout: 20 seconds of intense training followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times.

Modes of training: use Kettlebells, Front Squats, Battle Ropes, Burpees, Push Press, or anything that uses the BIG muscles.
